Could someone please give me the correct information for installation of a new window;
Do I need planning permission as the aperture for window is not there at present; a new opening will be made?
Property is upstairs maisonette flat, the new opening will be to the rear wall of property (above back stair case) and will match the height of a pre-existing bathroom window.
A property down the road has similar, does that mean a precedent has been set?
