What do I need for a single storey extension, with regards to building permits & drawings.
I am pretty sure we don't need planning permission
(new build single storey 4m x 3m will have more than 2m to each perimeter and only be using a small proportion of the garden)
We would be looking for one (poss 1.5) stone walls and wrap around glass doors. with lighting & power sockets (possible outside downlights also)
What would be a sensible ball park figure to save
