I think if your having decent aluminium bifolds with a guarantee then thats 8 to 10 k straight of the budget,so 20k to do the rest of it would be tight.what size would the roof lantern be?do you know the depth of the footings.the knock through would be about 2k normally depending on the spec of the steel,have you had engineering drawings done?Basically i think if i were pricing it i would allow £30 to £35k.
