Hi Gillian, We don't recommend individual tradespeople I'm afraid. How we work is that once you post a job using the webform on our homepage (www.ratedpeople.com/), your job will be sent out to the builders whose work area encompasses your postcode. After that, up to three builders can purchase your job lead for the chance to quote on the work and we send you their profile pages (complete with ratings and reviews from past customers) via email to help you decide who to hire. I'd also recommend that you use our homeowner's checklist here before you hire a tradesperson: http://www.ratedpeople.com/c/homeowner-checklist You would need to post the job under 'Builder' and then 'Chimney Builder/ Repair'.
