Hi. I want to refurb a flat (replace kitchen, replace tiled floor, improve lighting, repaint all rooms, replace carpets, general tidy up). Nothing too dramatic or expensive as it's either going to be let or sold on. Ideally, I'd like to work with one contractor rather than post lots of individual jobs. Any ideas?
