Rough area 65sqm, will need extra insulation on floors and walls. Already have plans and planning permission along with building regs is pending. Building already has water and sewerage along with electricity.
We are only looking for the building work/electrics/plumbing to be completed and will do the finishing ourselves.
Any rough ideas on a would be great.
