Hi Paul, I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy with the builder you hired. You can leave a rating for the tradesperson by logging into your account, or launching the Find a Tradesman mobile app and selecting My jobs’ from the main navigation. This brings up a list of jobs you've posted through Rated People and you'll then be able to select the job from the list and click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work for you. I'd like you to have a chat with our Customer Support Team if you're willing as they'll be able to offer advice and log a complaint against that tradesperson's account.
