What sort of tradesman do I need to sort out a bouncy bedroom floor?

builders/ joiners, in most cases, if this is a relatively new problem the joist ends on 1 or more joists could be rotten or split. put it on jobs general maintenance with a budget of £100. just for someone reputable to come and have a look, it wouldn't be fair to ask for this on a free estimate. because for a proper look the floor boards would need to come up against at least one wall. if its what i suspect you will need £1500 to £2000 to put it right but i have very little information. get someone to come and look:)
