I have a ground floor, Victorian period flat (1900) which is end of terrace and has a 47 ft garden. I am looking to do an extension on the existing kitchen out to the side return and rear; however, I've never done any kind of structural work before. I'm looking to extend out to the side by 3m and the rear by 6m don't know how much it will be.
