I'd like to narrow down an rough upper amount for a job to post on here for a builder to remove lath & plaster walls & ceilings in a 2 bedroom Victorian conversion flat and put in plasterboard/stud modern equivalents. The ceilings are 2.8m-3m high, and approximately 50% of the walls are lath & plaster (from the original build, pre-conversion).
Roughly 134sqm of walls need replacing and it's possible that all of the 62sqm of ceiling needs replacing.
