Garden retaining wall. Bricklayer, General builder or Landscaper?

Hi, I have a problem with the garden wall in my property that is my responsibility. My garden is at a higher level than the garden to the right and the retaining land that supports the shed and decking in my garden has been collapsing on the neighbours side since they have cleared the land back to the boundary.
What sort of tradesman should I speak to with regards to getting some sort of retaining wall built along the boundary? Would this be a job for a bricklayer, a general builder or a landscape gardener?
