House renovation

Posted by Daniel Bura, on
I am planning renovation of upstairs floor, which includes 3 bedrooms, landing and bathroom. In total around 50 square meters. All dividing walls are cracked around doorways, so I’d like to demolish all these walls apart from the load bearing wall, which is in good condition. I want to keep existing layout of rooms and build new lightweight walls, e.g. galvanised steel stud walls, insulation and plasterboard. New electric wiring will be required. I’d like to strip down old flooring, insulate floor and place new floor boards. I’d need full plastering of all walls and ceilings and new windowsills fitted. I’d like to keep all fittings from the bathroom, but all tiles can go. Is a 10000 sufficient, or I'll need to stretch?

If you supply your own materials (we tell you what to get and when to get it) and do the decorating your self I think we could work to that budget

What would you like to do now?
