Hi Sian tradesmen have to pay for your job lead so as you have not yet purchased the property it's a gamble as to whether any actual work will come from it especially if you are setting a high budget. You could try another question on this section (don't ask for costs as it's very difficult to say without seeing) or re-post the job with the lowest budget possible and you might be lucky and get a response, you don't mind gambling on a job if it's a couple of quid!
