We've got damp and peeling plaster in internal walls and some under a flat roof. Don't want to go down the route of damp proofing as don't think that's the problem - think it might be a leak. Who is the best person to advise us and help us sort it out? Is it a plumber, a builder a plasterer or a roofer??
