Hi I would suggest that if the cracks are through the wall repairing with Helifix bars would be the way forward not the cheapest solution but a real cure .would be happy to quote you if you like .

Hi, We have started renovating an upstairs bedroom, mainly because the plaster is crumbling underneath the wallpaper, and there are some significant cracks on some walls (internal and external). I would really like to get a definitive answer on how to treat these problem areas but not sure where to turn. Please can you advise?
