I would like to open up some space and remove a non-load bearing wall between my kitchen and living room.
The property was built around 1980's, its a block of 8 flats mine being the top. I am the leasehold but not the freehold.
I have contacted the agency representing the freeholder and they have requested the following.
1. A copy of the existing plan
2. A proposed plan with drawings and photos
Is this something a building regularly supplies?
