I'm thinking of buying a house which is partially stone cladded on the lower front of the house. It is a double fronted town house and all the other houses on the avenue are red brick. Therefore I am assuming the stone cladding would be easier to remove and make good. My question is, is this a simple job and roughly how much would it cost roughly to remove, repoint and make good? I couldn't find a cost on the cost guides for this job.
