Will a general contractor accompany me to a house viewing?

How much would it cost to get a general contractor to accompany me to a house viewing in St. Paul's, Bristol on Tuesday 12th July to give a verbal indication of what some structural improvements (moving an inner wall, possibly roof repair, possibly loft extension) and minor refurbishments (skirting board, re-plastering) would cost, if I were to buy the house?
