House is upstairs/downstairs 4 bed (2 small, 2 larger), bathroom, landing, stairs, hall, back and front porches, kitchen, dining room, living room with 1970s single storey flat roofed extension with utility room, small sitting room, shower room, 5th bedroom/alternative use and cupboard space. Extension smells bad with evidence of mould from possible leaks from shower room. Over time we are looking to update whole house, (unsure if requires rewiring), improve finishes of plaster walls, strip paint from years of layers upon layers, redecorate etc. but initially want to begin with extension, to rid it of the smell, possibly adjust wall positions to improve space and finish well. Unsure where to start, who we need so looking for advice please? Cheers.
