Victorian side return kitchen extension

How much should I expect to pay for the building work needed to create an extension into the side return of Victorian terrace property? I'm looking to make kitchen larger by in-filling the side return area and knocking the new kitchen and adjacent dining area together. Glass roof, new patio doors and drainage. This is just for build and materials, not the new kitchen. Approx 1780 x 2400 is the extension area with two walls being removed, but chimney remaining. Thank you
