We need our 3 bedroomed house rewired, damp proofed in 2 rooms and a new kitchen installed. Would we be better off with separate tradesmen to do this or one company or builder that can communicate with each other more efficiently. Also we will move out of the house for 2 weeks at the beginning of the job, with a lot of our stuff put in storage, do you think this is long enough to get the main bulk of the really intrusive work done. We were expecting it to take about a month and can live with mess, just not while they are gutting the house!
