I have an end terraced 3-bed ex-LA house in north London which has an old conservatory at the back and an enclosed front porch. I would like to move my current kitchen at the front of the house to the back in place of the current conservatory and the existing location of the kitchen be converted into a bedroom. The current kitchen also houses a combi boiler which is also to move to the new kitchen. There is drainage at the back too. A huge living room roughly the size of two double bedrooms currently separate the existing kitchen from the old conservatory. I want a rough estimate of the cost of such an undertaking before I begin to consult builders for quotes.
