Want to remove ceiling beams on a house I plan to purchase. Want to know if they are structural or cosmetic, they look the latter. Want to know if they can be removed and costs? Also would be interested to give another job to the same builder if they are able to remove an archway between two rooms. If this arch is a supporting wall or not.
