The back garden drain that takes the water from the bathroom has become cracked and appears to be being pushed up, and water from the outflow pipe appears to be going threw the large cracks and under the house rather than all down the drain. Slightly further up the garden the concrete path has also started cracking about the same time in a couple of places and concerns me that it may be connected and am obviously worried my house may be at risk. I would be very grateful for any advice to allow me to move forward and start wok with both the insurance and suitable trades people.
