We live in an old house converted into 3 flats. The top flat is about to undergo renovations which include removal/replacement of walls, creation dorma window etc. Is there an insurance that the owner can take out to protect the other flat owners against damage caused by the works eg: if the roof, walls or floors are destabilised by the alterations?
