I'm looking for a rough cost for doing a basic refurb on a 535 sq ft one bed flat: new kitchen (which is open plan to living room and only 4 units long!) update bathroom including remove bath, install shower and move washing machine in. Probably also needs new hot water & heating system to achieve that...
