Refurbishment of external brickwork
Damp levels slightly raised where damp-proof course is slightly bridges by height of paving
Adding lintel in floor between dining room downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Chimney breast removed in dining room and now there's no support for existing chimney breast in bedroom.
