Hi Chris, How we work is that you post a job on our site and up to three tradespeople with a matching trade and work area can contact you. When a tradesperson is interested in your job post and purchases the lead to quote, we email you to let you know. This email contains a link to their profile with us which is where you'll find any ratings and reviews that they've received from homeowners who've previously hired them through us. If you can't find this email, you can find the tradesperson's profile and details by logging in to your free homeowner account from our homepage and heading to your tradesperson's tab. Clicking their name/company name will bring up this info. You can also do a Google search as all profiles appear there, like mini-websites. I hope this helps.
