We are looking to purchase a Steading in Aberdeen. It will require a complete rebuild maybe using 1-2 existing stonewalls. What would be the approx. building cost per sq meter we should budget for (we are looking at higher quality throughout but not the absolute best - say a 4/5 quality). Approx. size will be 250sqm - two storey.
