Strange Behaviour

I have a second person saying they would like to quote for my job. When I check him out he is no longer registered with you. How can that happen? I have a third person who doe not show up but said he contacted me through you. How did he get my details but I can't see his? He wanted £5500 in cash for the job! Not a happy bunny. Hope you can make your site work.
