Hi Lisa, When a tradesperson buys your job lead for the chance to quote, we send you a link to their profile page with us (via email). This page will contain any reviews and ratings from previous homeowners who've hired them through us before. If you can't find this email, you can access their profile by logging in to your account, clicking 'My jobs' and then selecting the job. You can then click on the tradesperson's info, bringing you to their profile page, which will show their 3 most recent ratings. Clicking 'View More Ratings' will show you the tradesperson's entire ratings history. I hope this is useful but if you have any trouble, do contact our Customer care team for help.
