Hi Nenad, How we work is that you sign up as a tradesperson on our site and select your skills and work area. Homeowners post job leads on our site and we then add any job leads that match your preferences to your personal list of job leads. You can then browse them and choose to buy the job leads that you're interested in for the chance to quote on the jobs. Each job lead can be sold a maximum of up to three times and we'll always let you know if you're first, second or third to buy it. Once you buy it, it's down to you to convince the homeowner that you're the right tradesperson for the job. I hope this helps.
