I have a 3 x 6.75m area to the left side of my property in Sittingbourne, Kent that I wish to get a brick (or similar) built outbuilding, with a flat roof, to act as large shed/garage (without the garage door) built. It needs power and light and double opening doors either end. I can see it falls within permitted development (on the planning portal website) but wanted to know where to start, who to contact first and what the my budget may need to be?
