Hi, I have a problem with mould and condensation, but it was unclear to me which category I should choose. I would like to find someone who can investigate the root cause(s) of the problems, recommending appropriate preventative solution(s), and fixing the damage/removing the mould...
The mould problem is affecting both ground floor and first floor rooms, mainly focused around windows and corners. I have also found dampness and even puddles of water around items in the loft, though no dampness on the internal roof wall at the time I checked. I have tenants living in the property and they have said that they dry clothes indoors regularly, but use heating at a low setting and open windows daily. I have noted humidity as being 55-65% on the ground floor, and 80% in the bathroom on my visit. The bathroom had the worst evidence of mould that I saw. I saw no other signs of leaks or damp.
