I have had a suspended timber floor fitted in place of the previous concrete one, but it looks like the builder hasn't fitted any ventilation. I understand that there should be some form of ventilation otherwise condensation can build up and cause issues.
The property is non standard construction with solid walls, how much would it cost to fit one or two air bricks to deal with any condensation? The bricks seem relatively cheap to buy, but don't know how difficult a job it would be to fit.
