Hello Mr "rated people", I am planning to have some work done in my new property, what guarantee do you give about the engineer you connect us with and under which standard do you recruit them? What type of training do they receive from you? How do you check the quality of the work? Please let us know what to expect. Thank you, J-Manuel.

Hi Rated People neither guarantee work or provide training to the trades people on this site, they provide an introduction service to potential customers and trades people. Any contract is between you and the trades person. Ed

There's a few things you can do 1 look up there profile page to see what ratings they have most descent company's should have at least 15 or over 5 stars read thro the reviews on there page see what other customers have to say about the company 2nd thing you can do is ask the builder /tradesmen for contact details of previous customers to get feed back from them aswell
