Wall Leaking

Posted by Sundeep Bhopal, on
My outdoor wall (not part of the house) leaks very badly in the rainy season. It is about 6ft high. On the other side is earth around 2 /3ft high leaning on the wall, which is council property. The wall seems to saturate the earth and then leak into my property through the wall. I am concerned that one way the whole wall will fall over. Can this be repaired? Or will I require a new wall? I don't really want to claim on insurance as I will probably need to wait for it to fall over.

Be seen this happen before. It is likely that the brickwork is rotten and therefore has gone into the foundations and rotted that as well. It is only a matter of time before it collapses. Any injuries as a result could be down to you. My advice is get it sorted.
