Driveway redone

Had my driveway done 3 weeks ago by John Hargadon DRIVEWAYS NORTH West LTD when it dried it was a mess brown stains on it and tarmac lifting paid £1600 cash rang him many times and each time said he would come and sort it I have waited in never comes now he as stopped answering my calls , also sent pictures to him by email no response when looking at the job said I would have a 10 year guarantee, also just found out he is a rouge trader and has been in prison , please could you give me some advise as I got him from this site thank you s Mead .
