Bay window strapping or pinning whatever the terminology is

Posted by jim kilroy, on
My upstairs bay window in my 1930's terrace house has cracked over the years since we had our double glazing done, but now looks to have settled with a few millimeter cracks at both sides. I had a survey done a few years ago and the surveyor said that there was no subsidence so it must be down to the fitting of the double glazing not being done with the proper care and attention. This window now need to be strapped/pinned so that I can get on a redecorate the bedroom. How much is this work likely to cost approx.?

What would you like to do now?
