I have had leak in to my bathroom from flat upstairs this has affected the ceiling in bathroom and hall way and the wall of the bathroom is soft and spongy , the light fitting has gone bang as water came though the pull switch, I have been asked by insurance co to get quotes, not surewhich sort of tradesman will do all, plus need quotes for replacement window seal and sill in lounge, also due to leak
