The lounge was originally two rooms so have two chimney breasts. The two breasts are approx 4.3 metres wide at the bottom with two arched coves in them and meeting at the top to go up between the two bedrooms
The Bedrooms have one chimney breast centred between the two rooms leaving a angled wall one metre wide in the corner of the two main bedroom.
As the property is semi detached then the chimney breasts are on the shared wall between the us and the neighbour.
Will also require chimney stack sealed to protect from leaks and possibly breast in loft removed.
