We moved into our property last year and the pre-existing chimney places were already blocked. We have recently had heavy rainfall, the water has gotten into the chimney and has created a hole in the plaster - it is now leaking through to the house.
Will it be a roofer or builder that fixes this and how much should I expect it to cost roughly? Thank you.
