Hi, we're looking to buy a house that needs total renovation. It's a mid terrace, 2 up 2 down with a bathroom between the floors in the 'L'. The rooms we'd like to turn the bathroom into a 3rd bedroom, and add a small bathroom upstairs by altering the configuration of the 2 bedrooms a little.
The job list would be:
Rewire
New windows (preferably sash)
Install central heating
Small side kitchen extension
Knock through between kitchen and living room
New floors throughout (the floorboards have holes in them)
Downstairs loo under the stairs
New bathroom
New kitchen
Replaster
Remove pebble dash and repoint as necessary
If anyone could give me an estimate, or come and look at the property with us, I'd be very grateful.
