What kind of tradesman do I need?

I live in mid-terrace with a small front garden with around 3/4 of the space being a raised flowerbed (c2m). I'm looking for a couple of jobs - (1) flatten/level the flowerbed and lay paving, (2) tile (considering victorian style tiles) the current stone slab path including the steps into the house, (3) fixed the garden wall (some of the stones have fallen out) and (4) replace the stone window sill. Do you know what kind of tradesman I'm going to need? A builder? A landscaper? Or different one for each piece of work?
