Knock kitchen through to living room

I would like to know how much it would cost to knock a internal wall through from the kitchen into the living room. The wall is 2.5m wide, wood and plasterboard construction. Looking for a price including finishing of wall and ceiling. Not sure if it needs an RSJ or not. price's with and without out would be appreciated.
