I'm looking to have renovation work carried out on my home (6 beds, 2 reception, 2 bath over three storeys). The jobs required cover multiple disciplines so am looking for one company to carry out all the work which includes but not limited to:
Full electrical re-wire, including data/telephony/audio
Create single open plan dining-kitchen from two distinct rooms
New fitted kitchen
General repair work to doors, woodwork, flooring
Improvements to 2 bathrooms
General repair to plasterwork where required/desired including removal of two existing fireplaces.
Redecorate and re-carpet
Work to commence not before spring 2019
Ideally I need someone to look at my property and discuss with me my options for achieving what I want.
I have a fixed budget for the work
Hope you can give me some ideas where to go with this
