Repointing 3 Storey Victorian terrace house.

Hi. Can someone advise on the cost and timescales to repoint the exterior walls at front and back of a 3 storey Victorian terraced house in north London?

It would be hard to quote without seeing but scaffolding plus netting ( to keep dust down ) in a 3 storey house £3-4000 Pointing including removal of existing £170 per meter Hope that helps

Hi. It all depends on the type of pointing required I would imagine on a Victorian property in north London it’ll be weather struck Weather permitting I would estimate to remove old pointing and repoint 3 weeks
