I am looking to buy a mid terrace house in need of modernisation. Iam hoping to get once person to do all jobs for efficiency. Reroofing, rewiring, central heating installed, bathroom moved upstairs and I am being beyond optimistic here... I would like a loft conversion though this is not the priority. How much would you estimate for teh 4 major jobs to be completed?
