I am currently purchasing a semi-detached 3 bedroom house, which was a former 1940s/50s council house. It has cladding all over the front of the house and is plastered & painted on the rear and siide. Several houses in the road are their original red brick, and I assume that is what is lying underneath the cladding. I would like a very rough estimate of how much it would cost to remove and restore to the original brick, so that I have an idea how much to factor into my budget. Many thanks.
