We had the chimney breast removed in our living room a couple of years ago and would like the section that’s left in our bedroom either removing or reducing , its a shared chimney (live in a townhouse ) , also we keep hearing random dripping sounds on the ceiling in our living room , would like advice / cost with the work to follow .
